Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Grant Agreement with First 5 Humboldt in the amount of $66,805 for the term of July 1, 2017 to June 30, 2018; authorize the Chair of the Board to sign three (3) originals of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return three (3) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services DHHS - Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS - Public Health.
