Extension of Lease Agreement for Courthouse Snack Bar (4/5 Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve by a 4/5 vote to extend the lease with Jeanne Fleek and Michael Scollard (Lessee) for the Courthouse Snack Bar, through September 30, 2018; authorize Real Property to notify Lessee of approval of the extension; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed agenda item to Public Works Real Property.
