Agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities, Inc. for Fiscal Years 2017-18 through 2019-20
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement between Humboldt County and Transitional Residential Treatment Facilities, Inc. (TRTF) for fiscal years 2017-2018 through 2019-20; authorize the Chair of the Board to execute three (3) originals of the agreement effective July 1, 2017; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS - Mental Health.
