Team Observation and Wraparound Fidelity Index License Agreements with the University of Washington
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors grant a waiver of the requirements of the Nuclear Free Humboldt County Ordinance with regard to the attached license agreements; and authorize the Department of Health and Human Services Director to execute the attached license agreements and any future documents, agreements and amendments related thereto, after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
