Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement for California Automated Consortium Eligibility System; authorize the Chair to execute four (4) copies of the agreement; and direct Clerk of the Board to route three (3) fully executed copies of the agreement to the Deputy Director, Department of Health and Human Services - Social Services Branch.
