Granting DHHS SSB Continued Third Party Access to the California Department of Child Support Services Child Support Enforcement Program
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) granting continued third party access to the California Department of Child Support Services Child Support Enforcement Program; authorize the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services - Social Services Branch or their designee to sign three (3) copies of the MOU; and authorize the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services - Social Services Branch or their designee to sign any amendments to the MOU with approval of County Counsel.
