Approval of the Form Contract for Out of County Referrals to the Northern California Regional Facility
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached form contract for use when other counties desire to contract for bed space at the Northern California Regional Facility on an as needed/per juvenile ward basis; and authorize the Chief Probation Officer to sign substantially similar future agreements and amendments, including amendments to the daily rate, with the approval of County Counsel and Risk Management.
