Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement between Dr. John L Schaeffer, Inc. DBA American Telepsychiatrists ("American Telepsychiatrists") and the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Mental Health for the provision of telepsychiatry services for fiscal year 2017-18; authorize the chair to sign three (3) originals of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the agreement to the DHHS - Contract Unit.
