Agreement with Mountain Valley Child and Family Services, Inc. for the Provision of Specialty Mental Health Services to Eligible Medi-Cal Beneficiaries for Fiscal Year 2017-2018
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Chair of the Board to execute, the attached agreement with Mountain Valley Child and Family Services, Inc. for the provision of children's specialty mental health services for Fiscal Year 2017-2018; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) fully executed originals of the attached agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for further processing.
