Dinner Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution authorizing the execution of the attached grant agreement with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife and the provision of matching funds, regarding the administration, construction and maintenance of the Dinner Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project; and authorize the Public Works Director, or a designee thereof, to execute any and all future amendments to the attached grant agreement with the California Department of Fish and Wildlife regarding the Dinner Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project, after review by County Counsel and Risk Management.
