Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign the Humboldt County Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Local Plan; approve the Humboldt County WIOA Regional Plan, no signature required; direct the Clerk of the Board to return the executed copies of the WIOA Local Plan and approved Regional Plan to the Economic Development Department.
