Sublease Agreement between Cal-Ore Life Flight, LLC and KD2 Investments, LLC for Hangar B1 at the California Redwood Coast - Humboldt County Airport (4/5 Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors by a 4/5's vote approve and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to execute the sublease agreement between Cal-Ore Life Flight, LLC and KD2 Investments, LLC.; and direct the Clerk of the Board to retain the original executed sublease agreement and return a copy of the same to the Land Use Division for further processing.
