Agreement with Changing Tides Family Services for Stage One Child Care Services for CalWORKs Welfare-to-Work and Cal-Learn Participants for Fiscal Year 2017-2018
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the proposed Agreement with Changing Tides Family Services for fiscal year 2017-2018 to provide Stage One child care services to all CalWORKs and Cal-Learn recipients who are referred by Social Services; authorize the Chair to execute three (3) originals of the Agreement; and direct Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Contract Unit for forwarding to the Director of DHHS - Social Services.
