Approval of Agreement Concerning Targeted Case Management (TCM) and Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) between the County of Humboldt and Plumas County for the Period beginning July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the agreement with Plumas County concerning Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA), Targeted Case Management (TCM), and Medi-Cal Administrative Activities Coordination for Targeted Case Management (MAA/TCM) between the County of Humboldt and Plumas County for the period beginning July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return three signed copies of the agreement to Public Health for submittal to Plumas County for signature.
