Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize compensation for Wayne Tomasini, as if he had been promoted to the classification of Road Maintenance Supervisor from June 18, 2017 through September 30, 2017, or until the position is permanently filled; pursuant to Memorandum of Understanding between the County of Humboldt and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), section 12.4. (4/5 vote required).
