Agreement with National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD) Children's Research Center and the Department of Health and Human Services for Fiscal Years 2016-17, 2017-18 and 2018-19
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with the National Council on Crime and Delinquency (NCCD) Children's Research Center for the period of June 13, 2017 through June 30, 2019 to administer Structured Decision Making training and leadership coaching in the Humboldt Practice Model for the Department of Health and Human Services; authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) originals of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals of the agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Information Services.
