Master Services Agreement with Everbridge for County-Wide Emergency Mass Notification Services
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve a thirty-nine month Master Services Agreement with Everbridge, Inc. for countywide emergency mass notification services; and authorize the Chair of the Board of Supervisors to sign the Master Services Agreement and any extensions, modifications or amendments for the duration of the three-year performance period, beginning April 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2020.
