First Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Resource Development Associates for the Provision of Mental Health System Consultation Services Dated October 5, 2016
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached first amendment to the professional services agreement with Resource Development Associates for the provision of mental health system consultation services dated October 5, 2016; authorize the Department of Health and Human Services ("DHHS") Director to execute any future amendments to the agreement with Resource Development Associates, after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management; and direct the Clerk of the Board to forward one (1) certified copy of the Board order to the DHHS - Contract Unit.
