United States Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force Memorandum of Understanding
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors accept the United States Marshals Service Regional Fugitive Task Force Memorandum of Understanding (RFTF MOU); and authorize the Humboldt County Sheriff to sign two (2) original copies of the RFTF MOU (Attachment 1) and any modifications, extensions and all other documents required by United States Marshals Service for participation in the RFTF.
