National Indian Child Welfare Association, Inc. Technical Assistance Agreement
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Chair to sign three (3) originals of the attached agreement with National Indian Child Welfare Association, Inc. ("NICWA") for technical assistance services in order to implement the children and family services systems improvement recommendations set forth in the System Review Report provided by NICWA in July of 2016; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) executed originals of the attached agreement to the Department of Health and Human Services - Contract Unit for transmittal to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
