Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the third option to extend the Lease for office space located at K'ima:w Medical Center, 0 Airport Road with K'ima:w Medical Center, an entity of the Hoopa Valley Tribe, for the period of August 1, 2017 to July 31, 2019; authorize Public Works - Real Property Division to send a letter to Lessor that County is exercising the third option to extend the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed Board agenda item to Public Works - Real Property Division.
