Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive Board Report; find that the McKinleyville Community Services District (MCSD) is a public agency, which provides recreational services and opportunities on a community-wide basis; find that the funds will be used consistent with Quimby Act requirements; authorize use of $70,000 from Trust Fund 3713 by McKinleyville Community Services District for the construction of the McKinleyville Teen and Community Center Commercial Kitchen.
