Approval of State Standard Agreement #17-94011 for Medi-Cal Administrative Activities with the California Department of Health Care Services for the period beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize State Standard Agreement #17-94011 with the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) concerning Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) for the period beginning July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020; direct the Board Chair to sign four (4) originals of State Standard Agreement #17-94011, Exhibit D(F) Certification Regarding Lobbying, Contractor Certification Clause, and the California Civil Rights Laws Certification; authorize the Public Health Director, or designee, to sign any future amendments to this agreement upon County Counsel and Risk Management review and approval; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return four (4) signed originals of State Standard Agreement #17-94011, Exhibit D(F) Certification Regarding Lobbying, Contractor Certification Clause, and the California Civil Rights Laws Certification to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) - Contracts Unit for submittal to DHCS for signature.
