Ratification of Ordinance No. 01 of the Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority which Adopts the 2016 California Fire Code and Certain Local Amendments Thereto
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors ratify Ordinance No. 01 of the Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority which adopts the 2016 California Fire Code and certain local amendments thereto; direct the Clerk of the Board to transmit the Board of Supervisors' determination to the Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority within fifteen (15) days of such determination; and direct staff to file a copy of the findings of the Humboldt Bay Fire Joint Powers Authority, and any findings of the Humboldt County Board of Supervisors, along with a copy of the ratified version of Ordinance No. 01 that is expressly marked to identify the provisions to which each finding refers, with the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
