State Standard Agreement with State Water Resources Control Board for Water Testing by the Public Health Laboratory for the Period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve state standard agreement 17-010-110 with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for water testing by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Public Health Laboratory for up to $53,480 for the period of July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019; authorize the Chair to sign two (2) originals of the agreement and one (1) original of the Contractor Certification Clause (CCC-417); authorize the Public Health Director to sign future amendments to this agreement upon County Counsel and Risk Management review and approval; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed agreements and one (1) CCC-417 to DHHS-Contract Unit to forward to the Public Health Department.
