Approval of Agreement with Paula Smith Ph.D. and Associates
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Agreement with Paula Smith Ph.D. and Associates to provide Evidence-Based Practices Case Management and Planning training for $78,500 from May 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017; authorize the Chair to sign two (2) originals of the Agreement, and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the signed originals to the Probation Department, Attention: William Damiano, Chief Probation Officer.
