Sheriff's Office Computer-Aided Dispatch and Report Management System Professional Services Negotiations
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Sheriff, or a designee thereof, to enter into negotiations with Sun Ridge Systems, Inc. regarding professional services for an integrated suite of public safety software products for computer-aided dispatch, records management and report writing; authorize the Sheriff, or a designee thereof, to enter into negotiations with one of the two remaining alternate firms if negotiations with Sun Ridge Systems, Inc. are unsuccessful; and direct the Sheriff's Office staff to return to the Board once negotiations are completed requesting authorization to enter into a negotiated contract for professional services relating to the integrated suite of public safety software products for computer-aided dispatch, records management and report writing.
