Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the second option to extend the lease at 317 Second Street, Eureka, CA with Al Abrahamsen, Alice F. Abrahamsen, Kent H. Pryor and Alice Pryor for fiscal year 2017-18; authorize Public Works - Real Property Division to send a notice to Lessor that County is exercising the second option to extend the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed Board agenda item to Public Works-Real Property Division.
