Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve exercising the third option to extend the lease at 824 Harris Street, Eureka with Rachel-Jill Hemmert for fiscal year 2017-18; authorize Public Works - Real Property Division to send a notice to Lessor that County is exercising the third option to extend the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed Board agenda item to Public Works - Real Property Division.
