Humboldt County-Mental Health First Amendment to the Agreement with trustaff Travel Nurses, LLC
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the first amendment to the agreement with trustaff Travel Nurses, LLC for fiscal years 2015-16 through 2017-18 to provide registered nurses as supplemental nursing staff; approve and authorize the Department of Health and Human Services - Mental Health (DHHS-MH) Director to execute two (2) originals of the first amendment to the agreement; and approve and authorize the DHHS-MH Director to execute substantially similar amendments for registered nurses as supplemental nursing staff with trustaff Travel Nurses, LLC after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
