Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors open the public hearing regarding the installation of up to two (2) speed humps on Holly Street between Walnut Drive and Excelsior Street in the Cutten area, receive public testimony, and close the public hearing; approve the Speed Hump Engineering Traffic Study for speed humps on Holly Street; and based upon the public testimony, approve or deny the request for the installation of up to two (2) speed humps on Holly Street between Walnut Drive and Excelsior Street in the Cutten area.
