Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the lease agreement with Performance Modular, Inc., for the modular unit located at 1106 Second Street, Eureka, CA.; authorize the Chairperson to execute two originals of the lease; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return one executed original of the lease to Real Property for transmittal to the Lessor.
