Change Public Meeting Date for Humboldt County Tourism Business Improvement District Renewal
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt the revised Resolution contained in Attachment 1 declaring the Board's intention to renew the District for a ten year term and setting a public meeting for May 9, 2017 and the public hearing for May 16, 2017; and direct the Clerk of the Board to publish the notice of public meeting on May 9, 2017 and public hearing on May 16, 2017 contained in Attachment 2 and to mail out majority protest notices in conformity with Streets and Highways Code Section 36623 and Government Code Section 54954.6.
