Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors, pursuant to Humboldt County Code Sections 351-21 and 351-22, open the hearing; hold an administrative hearing to determine whether a public nuisance exists on the subject property; adopt the attached Findings of Nuisance and Order of Abatement consistent with the evidence presented at the hearing; and close the hearing.
