State Standard Agreement with State Water Resources Control Board for Water Testing by the Public Health Laboratory for the Period of June 20, 2017 through March 31, 2019
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve state standard agreement 16-041-110 with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) for water testing by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Public Health Laboratory for up to $52,480 for the period of June 20, 2017 through March 31, 2019; authorize the Chair to sign two (2) originals of the agreement; authorize the Public Health Director to sign future amendments to this agreement upon County Counsel and Risk Management review and approval; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two (2) signed agreements to DHHS-Contract Unit to forward to the Public Health Department.
