Ratify Ordinance No. 16-17 of the Arcata Fire Protection District, Adopting the 2016 California Fire Code
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors ratify Ordinance No. 16-17 of the Arcata Fire Protection District, adopting the 2016 California Fire Code and Standards Prescribing Regulations; direct the Clerk of the Board to transmit the Board's determination to the District within 15 days of this determination; and direct the Clerk of the Board to file a copy of the findings of the District, and any findings of the county, together with the adopted ordinance, with the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
