Approval of Letter of Agreement between Partnership HealthPlan of California and Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services for Mental Health Service Coordination and Supplemental Budget (4/5 Vote Required)
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the attached Letter of Agreement between Partnership HealthPlan of California and Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services; authorize the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to sign and execute the Letter of Agreement; authorize the Department of Health and Human Services to accept $250,000 from Partnership HealthPlan of California for the mental health service coordination project; adopt the supplemental budget as attached in Exhibit B for fiscal year 2016-17, DHHS Mental Health budget unit 1170-424; and authorize the Director of the Department of Health and Human Services to execute future amendments and/or documents related to the attached Letter of Agreement after review and approval by County Counsel and Risk Management.
