Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors receive notification of one (1) vacancy on the Headwaters Fund Board; and consider the process and/or procedure for filling the vacancy per Section 4 of the "Protocol for Board Appointments" (Attachment 3) approved by Board Action on April 12, 2011.
