Ratify Ordinance No. 2016/2017-1 of the Fortuna Fire Protection District, Adopting the 2016 California Fire Code
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors ratify Ordinance No. 2016/2017-1 of the Fortuna Fire Protection District, adopting the 2016 California Fire Code and Standards Prescribing Regulations; direct the Clerk of the Board to transmit the Board's determination to the District within 15 days of this determination; and direct the Clerk of the Board to file a copy of the findings of the District, and any findings of the County, together with the adopted ordinance, with the California Department of Housing and Community Development.
