Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors adopt Resolution No. _____, calling for the emergency use of private logging roads by the residents of the Shively and Larabee areas for a temporary period (4/5 vote required); and authorize the Director of the Humboldt County Department of Public Works to sign and execute the attached Emergency Detour Road Agreement with Humboldt Redwood Company, LLC.
