Recommendation

Find the project exempt from environmental review pursuant to 15061(b)(3) of the State CEQA Guidelines and make all of the required findings for approval of the Parcel Map Subdivision, Variance and Coastal Development Permit based on evidence in the staff report and public testimony, and adopt the Resolution approving the Williamson project subject to the recommended conditions.
