Agreement with Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. for the Provision of Specialty Mental Health Services to Eligible Medi-Cal Beneficiaries for Fiscal Year 2016-17
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the agreement with Star View Behavioral Health, Inc. for the provision of inpatient specialty mental health services for Fiscal Year 2016-17; authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) originals of the agreement; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed originals of the agreement to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
