Memorandum of Understanding with Humboldt County Office of Education for the Continued Development of a Multi-Tiered System of Support Coalition within Humboldt County
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Humboldt County Office of Education (HCOE) regarding the continued development of a Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) Coalition that will implement Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) curriculum; authorize the Chairperson to execute three (3) original copies of the attached MOU; and direct the Clerk of the Board to route two (2) fully executed original copies of the attached MOU to the Humboldt County Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS)-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration.
