Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors authorize the Chairman of the Board to sign the Federal Lands Access Program Project Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) regarding safety improvements and paving on Bald Hills Road from milepost 13.4 to 16.1; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return the signed MOA to the Department of Public Works.
