Agreement with St. Joseph Hospital of Eureka to Assist with CalFresh Outreach and Support Activities
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the agreement with St. Joseph Hospital of Eureka to assist the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) increase utilization of CalFresh benefits by eligible households; authorize the Chair to execute two (2) originals of the agreement (Attachment 1); and direct the Clerk of the Board to route one (1) fully executed original of the agreement to the DHHS-Contract Unit for forwarding to DHHS-Social Services Administration. St. Joseph Hospital of Eureka has requested they only receive an electronic copy of the executed contract.
