Approve the Option to Extend the Lease Agreement with Rosemarie Dinsmore at 1711 Third Street, Eureka
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the option to extend the lease agreement (Attachment 1) at 1711 Third Street, Eureka for the period of April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018; direct the Clerk of the Board to return one (1) executed board agenda item to the Public Works-Real Property Section staff; and authorize the Public Works-Real Property Section staff to send a letter notifying Rosemarie Dinsmore that the County is exercising the first option to extend the lease for an additional one year term, from April 1, 2017 through March 31, 2018.
