Purchase of State Hospital Beds Memorandum of Understanding
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Purchase of State Hospital Beds Memorandum of Understanding with the California Department of State Hospitals and The California Mental Health Services Authority (CalMHSA) and Participating Counties for July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2016; authorize the Mental Health Branch Director to sign the attached Purchase of State Hospital Beds Memorandum of Understanding and all amendment thereto; and direct the Clerk of the Board to provide the Department of Health and Human Service - Contract Unit with one certified copy of this Board Order.
