Special Use Permit with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve and authorize the Director of Public Works to execute the attached Special Use Permit (Permit), in duplicate, with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service (Forest Service) for use of land to operate the Orleans Solid Waste Transfer Station (transfer station); direct the Clerk of the Board to return both Permits to Real Property to obtain the signature of the Director of Public Works and the Forest Service; and direct Real Property to return one fully executed original to the Clerk of the Board.
