Memorandum of Understanding by and between County of Humboldt and Humboldt State University for HIV Prevention Services
Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between County of Humboldt and Humboldt State University (HSU); authorize the Risk Manager and the Director of Public Health to sign two (2) originals of the MOU; and authorize the Director of Public Health to approve all future amendments that do not require matching funds from the county, with County Counsel and Risk Management review and approval.
