Recommendation
That the Board of Supervisors approve, and authorize the Board Chair, to execute the attached Consent to Change in Control of Arcata Garbage Company, Inc. regarding the Solid Waste Collection Franchise Agreement for the Unincorporated Arcata Area of the County of Humboldt; and direct the Clerk of the Board to return two fully-executed originals of the attached Consent to Change in Control to the Department of Public Works for distribution.
